BenefitsAlli works as a Consultant with Marsh McLennan Agency’s (MMA) Employee Health & Benefits division to provide top-of-the-line solutions for her clients. She is an experienced benefits strategist, consulting with CFOs, CPOs and CHROs on their people and risk strategy. Her approach is that people are a company’s most valuable asset and providing best-in-class health benefits sets her clients in the life sciences and tech industries up for success.
Before joining MMA, Alli worked in education as a General Educator,Reading Specialist, and Assistant Principal in Baltimore City Schools. She also worked as the Director of Improving Education, an early literacy program in Baltimore City Schools. Alli has experience in the financial industry from her time at Morgan Stanley as an Equity Client Service Analyst. Alli holds her Health & Life license and is a member of Anne Arundel County SHRM, Anne Arundel County Chamber, Maryland Tech Council, and American Business-woman Association.
Alli graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in English. She has her Masters in Education from Johns Hopkins University and is currently studying for her MBA at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business. She has two children: Anna, age 6, and Will, age 2. In her free time she enjoys volunteering at her children’s elementary school and as a youth assistant soccer coach. She also enjoys running, golfing, skiing, and tennis.
