As a Director in the CFO Advisory Services practice at Cherry Bekaert, Rajiv leads financial operations engagements, focusing on reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

Rajiv specializes in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, and liquidity management, including the development of 13-week cash flow forecasts and three-statement financial models. He manages post-merger integrations, designs board reporting packages and conducts profitability assessments for private equity-backed firms. His work also includes supporting divestitures, overseeing lender reporting, and implementing process improvements for data sourcing and performance metrics.

Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, Rajiv served as a Director in private equity consulting and as a Vice President in a Big Four firm's turnaround and restructuring group. He also held Senior Manager roles in corporate FP&A and treasury at a premier Atlanta-based global consumer goods company, where he led global management reporting, zero-based budgeting and a $2B+ foreign exchange hedging portfolio. Rajiv is a CFA Charterholder and served as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer.
