Rob McCabe is a Senior Manager with 12 years of experience in public accounting, private accounting and consulting, specializing in non-profits, education, financial services and governmental. He spent three years as a Senior Director of Financial Reporting with a large not-for-profit organization in Washington, D.C. where he was in charge of technical accounting; financial reporting; audit readiness and compliance with 2 CFR 200 for the organization’s federal awards.

For the past year at Cherry Bekaert, Rob has worked extensively on ASC 842 and ASC 326 implementations and advised clients on a host of technical issues. He has also served as outsourced controller as well as provided advisory services to CFOs.
