Grant is a Global Business and Technology Executive, author, and keynote speaker with more than 25 years of experience in advancing organizational transformation and guiding enterprises through growth, acquisitions, and complex technology integrations.

Grant is the CEO and Managing Partner of Magnitude Consulting LLC, where he advises companies on strategy, leadership effectiveness, and enterprise transformation. He was recently appointed to the first Board of Directors of Successive Digital, where he is guiding the company’s next chapter and establishing differentiation in the field of Artificial Intelligence. He is also Founder and Producer of Executive Points of View (https://executivepointsofview.com/epov/), providing commentary on today’s business environment, which was published as a book in December 2025.

Grant recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Vestis, where he was a member of leadership guiding all aspects of strategy, organizational structure, rebranding, go-to-market approach, and customer values for the company’s spin-off from Aramark into an independent, publicly traded enterprise. He has also served as Chief Information Officer at National DCP and Encompass Digital Media and spent 15 years at Accenture, leading large-scale business transformations for global clients.

Grant’s keynote sessions combine executive insight and practical leadership, inspiring audiences to think boldly, lead confidently, and achieve measurable impact.

Grant actively supports community efforts as Founder of The IT Girls Foundation, promoting STEM studies for elementary school-aged girls, and serves on the Executive Board of Inspiredu, helping bridge the digital divide.

Grant earned his B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia (Summa Cum Laude) and lives in Suwanee, Georgia with his wife, four kids, and two dogs.
