After a 23-year career in software development, Mike transitioned into the business side of technology at Avalara, where he led the creation of a certified implementation program for QuickBooks ProAdvisors—helping scale partner enablement and improve customer outcomes.

Building on that success, Mike moved into Avalara’s Alliances organization, where he now leads partner strategy within the Accounting channel. In this role, he is responsible for developing and growing strategic partnerships, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and enabling partners to deliver value through Avalara’s tax compliance solutions.
