Paul partners with senior leadership teams across the U.S. and Canada to assess how their expense structures and staffing models compare to industry peers—and, more importantly, to translate those insights into actionable strategies. His work focuses on helping executives align costs, workforce, and operating models to improve efficiency and performance. Paul leads enterprise and functional benchmarking engagements spanning Core Enterprise Operations (CEO), Claims, and Information Technology. He has deep experience supporting both property & casualty and life & health insurers, advising leadership teams on cost competitiveness, organizational design, and performance improvement opportunities. Since joining Aon in 2007, Paul has led nearly 300 benchmarking and consulting engagements, working closely with executive teams to inform strategic decisions and drive measurable outcomes. Paul is based in Cincinnati, Ohio where he lives with wife and four children.
