Brent Stephens is a Managing Director and Head of Payables & Receivables Product in Global Payments and Liquidity (GPL) at Wells Fargo. Brent brings 20+ years of experience in treasury management to the role and has held leadership positions in Product Management and Relationship Management over the course of his career. He is frequently sought out by multinational corporates, financial institutions, state governments, and commercial banking clients to provide advice on Treasury centralization strategies including in-house banking, payment factory and liquidity centralization solutions.

Brent joined Wells Fargo in April 2023 from Westpac Institutional Bank in Australia. At Westpac, he served as the Head of Liquidity Solutions Product, and as the Head of Product for the transaction bank’s modernization program focusing on designing and delivering a real-time, cloud native, API native, event driven cash management platform. Prior to Westpac, he worked 13 years at J.P. Morgan across the North
American, Asia Pacific and Australian markets. Brent holds an Executive Masters in Finance from INSEAD in France, and a Certificate in International Cash Management (CertICM) from the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) in the UK.
