Kelly Shiflett serves as Senior Vice President of Finance for Enterprise Community Development at Enterprise Community Partners. She leads the organization’s capital strategy and oversees financial operations, systems, processes, and controls. As a member of the management team, she provides financial leadership in evaluating strategic opportunities, operational initiatives, and organizational risks. She also leads the corporate, development accounting, and property management accounting teams.

With more than 30 years of finance experience, Shiflett brings expertise in corporate finance, treasury, financial planning, and capital markets. Before joining Enterprise, she served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). In that role, she developed a three-year rolling enterprise model to forecast financial performance and key portfolio metrics. She also raised $1 billion in equity and $1.5 billion in debt financing.

Earlier in her career, Shiflett served as lead analyst for listing qualifications at Nasdaq and as a loan officer with FNMC – The Mortgage Company.

Shiflett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Wake Forest University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a CFA® charterholder.
