As Chief Financial Officer, Justin leads Custom Ink's Finance & Legal organization - including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, procurement, and legal - with a focus on growth and financial strategy. A finance leader with more than 20 years of experience across high-growth technology and consumer businesses, Justin joined Custom Ink in 2016 and has been a key architect of the company's most significant milestones, including the 2019 Great Hill Partners & HarbourVest Partners recapitalization, multiple strategic M&A transactions, substantial growth capital raises, and the transformation of the company's financial profile over the last decade. He partners closely with the Board, private equity sponsors, and lenders, and was a Rising Star honoree in the Northern Virginia Technology Council's 2020 CFO Awards. Before Custom Ink, Justin spent eight years at Comerica Bank's Technology & Life Sciences Division financing venture- and private equity-backed companies, and later held finance and accounting roles at Pivot Cycles and Rigquipment Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant registered in Virginia.
