Trevor received his introduction to New Markets Tax
Credits as part of the inaugural Open Access
Fellowship, where he learned about the industry from
some of the best in the business. While working at
Advantage Capital, Trevor also received training from
Citi and Monge Capital, completed the Novogradac
NMTCs certificate and supported transactions ranging
from small-dollar QLICIs to mixed-used developments.

Prior to his work in NMTCs, Trevor led philanthropic
efforts for the family office of Dan Gilbert, Rock
Ventures, where he was responsible for allocating over
$2mm in impact capital to entrepreneurs in Detroit and
developed expertise in enhancing structural working
capital while supporting the global treasury team at
Dow.
