A Tax Director with Cherry Bekaert, Sarah focuses on providing tax services to a variety of growing privately held clients, including single and tiered partnership arrangements, and multistate and international organizations. She assists clients with tax issues of capital and financing alternatives, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, depreciation methods, inventory methods, out-costing of development costs and, most recently, the tangible property regulations.

Sarah manages federal tax consulting and compliance projects, including income tax provisions. She provides support to others in the Firm with tax research and training.
