Churchill Downs, the world-renowned racetrack and home of the Kentucky Derby, is located approximately four miles from the Louisville International Airport. Upon arrival, enter the venue via Central Avenue or Kentucky Derby Drive and follow signs to park in the black or orange lots free of charge.

Once parked, enter the Churchill Downs facility via the Paddock Gate and look for the Jockey Club Suites off to the left. Take the Jockey Club Suites elevator to the fifth floor to enter the Triple Crown Room, where we’ll begin our day of informational sessions and networking activities. There will also be signage and Cherry Bekaert employees stationed around the Churchill Downs facility to usher you to the correct room.

Business casual attire is recommended. Comfortable shoes are encouraged, as all attendees are invited to take part in a walking tour of the Churchill Downs facility at the conclusion of our event.
